About Modavva Capital

Modavva Capital is a lower middle market private credit advisory firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We work for B2B operators dealing with expensive short-term debt, working capital constraints, and complex capital structures, and we work for the operator, not for any single lender.

What we do

The practice centers on four areas: refinancing and consolidating merchant cash advance debt, restructuring business debt so repayment matches how cash actually moves, arranging asset-based and receivables financing, and structuring private credit for situations no single product can solve. Facilities are arranged from $1M to $100M through an established network of private credit, asset-based, and special-situations capital providers spanning startup-scale factoring lines to institutional facilities.

Modavva Capital is a financing advisor and arranger. We are not a direct lender, we are not a bank, and we are not a credit repair organization. Our job is to structure a client's file once, work it across the relevant capital providers simultaneously, negotiate the options head to head, and tell the client the truth about what the market will and will not do, including when the honest answer is that the right structure is not available yet and what to fix first.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a confidential review of three documents: financial statements, an accounts receivable aging report, and a schedule of existing debt. From those, an advisor can usually say within days whether and how a position can be restructured. Advisory fees and engagement terms are set out in a written agreement before any work begins; the initial review costs nothing. Where a client's position can graduate to conventional bank credit over time, we structure toward that graduation deliberately. We call it the Bridge-to-Bank path, and it is the standard we hold our own work to: private credit done right makes itself replaceable.
